  2. What is the difference between NEOREST, WASHLET, and WASHLET+?

    TOTO NEOREST – TOTO’s flagship smart toilet that integrates advanced automation, intelligent hygiene technologies, and luxurious comfort features into one seamless design. It delivers an effortless bathroom experience with enhanced cleanliness, convenience, and wellness.

    TOTO WASHLET – TOTO’s signature electronic bidet seat cover that is incorporated with clean and comfort features. It provides enhanced hygiene and comfort with features such as warm water cleansing, heated seat, and deodorizing functions.

    TOTO WASHLET+ – Designed to deliver a more refined bathroom experience by combining advanced WASHLET technology with a compatible TOTO toilet. It allows connections to be concealed, offering a sleek, minimalist look without compromising on comfort and hygiene.

  3. Is TOTO NEOREST suitable for any kind of development?

    Yes. TOTO NEOREST is suitable for premium residences, hospitality developments and selected controlled-access commercial spaces where hygiene, comfort, design and an elevated user experience are important.

    The electrical supply, water pressure, drainage configuration and installation requirements should be assessed when selecting the appropriate model.

  4. Does TOTO NEOREST require electricity?

    Yes. Since NEOREST includes smart features such as:

    • Auto open/ close lid
    • Auto flush
    • Warm water cleansing
    • Heated seat
    • Warm air dryer
    • Deodorizer
    • EWATER+

    an electrical power supply is required.

  5. What happens if there is a power outage?

    TOTO NEOREST can still be used as a conventional toilet for flushing, although smart features such as washing, heated seat, automatic lid, and dryer will not operate until power is restored.

  6. Does NEOREST help to save water?

    Yes. Even with its powerful flushing performance, NEOREST is engineered to use significantly less water than many conventional toilets through technologies such as TORNADO FLUSH and HYBRID ECOLOGY SYSTEM which uses only 3.8L for full flush, and 3L for half flush.

  7. How does NEOREST make daily bathroom routines easier?

    Professional servicing is only required if any technical issues arise.

  9. Is there any warranty and after-sales support provided for NEOREST?

    NEOREST comes with a warranty coverage of 1 year subject only to manufacturing defect. Issues caused by improper use, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or other external causes are not covered under warranty.
